1. Return & Exchange Timeframe
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in acceptable condition. We allow items that have been tried on or lightly worn; however, returns will not be accepted if the item shows customer-caused damage such as:
- Stains
- Rips or tears
- Strong odors
- Signs of heavy use or washing
We reserve the right to inspect and reject any item that does not meet these standards.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for size only. We do not offer exchanges for different styles, designs, or colors. All exchange requests must be submitted within the 15-day return window.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other reasons, including size issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund & Store Credit Options
Customers may choose one of the following:
- Store Credit: Full item value credited for any future purchase.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Available but subject to a small processing or restocking fee, deducted from the total refund amount.
